Courses and books come with an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund, regardless of how much of the material you have accessed.

Counseling sessions are refundable within 14 days of purchase only if the session has not yet taken place. Once a session has been used, it is non-refundable, though we are happy to accommodate reasonable requests to reschedule a future session instead.
