Thyroid Support Supplements

In order to treat thyroid and hormonal problems correctly, it is very important to first implement our thyroid supporting diet advice. We never recommend using thyroid support supplements before you have implemented our thyroid diet. However, there can be situations where supplementation with vitamins, minerals, and certain herbs can have a beneficial effect. In addition, we often use some form of thyroid replacement therapy either a thyroid medication or a  natural thyroid supplement.
