Biochemist Benedict Lerche MSc Ph.D. does private video counseling with people from all over the world. In these one-on-one sessions, there is a focus on your specific health situation, and our health method is customized to your needs. 

Video session via google meet: 

The video sessions take place via google meet, which is just like zoom or skype but more secure. You do not need to install anything to use Google Meet, you will be sent an invitation with a link for the session.

Single session or package? 

We offer both a single session as well as a counseling package. The package contains four sessions and is very popular as more than one session is usually needed to overcome long-standing thyroid and hormonal problems.

How to Book your session?

After purchase, your account will be granted immediate access to the counseling booking form for the single session or the counseling package. When you are logged into your account you will find your booking form in the menu.

How to proceed?

Often a combination of our E-learning materials with video counseling provides the best results.
