The focus of BiochemNordi’s services is to provide you with the knowledge you need to optimize your thyroid function and hormonal balance. Our health method includes advice on diet, supplements, natural protective hormones as well as thyroid replacement therapy.

We do not prescribe medication:
Although our Thyroid Medication Guide expresses our opinion on the best type of medication for low thyroid function and we often do video counseling with people that are on prescription thyroid replacement, it is important to emphasize that BiochemNordic does not prescribe medication of any kind.

E-learning material:
We recommend but don’t sell physical products. Our E-learning materials include links to concrete product recommendations. These products are over the counter and can be purchased through our partners without a prescription.

We help you purchase and use effective products:
To support clients from all over the world, we work with European as well as American product supply partners, and our E- learning material provides products links to the same products from different suppliers. Even though there might be differences between import rules in different countries, we are almost always able to provide you with the crucial information you need to purchase products that support your metabolic and hormonal healing.

Video counseling: 

Our thyroid specialist Benedicte Lerche MSc PhD  does online video counseling with people from all over the world.  We use google meet, which is a very easy service to use. Upon  booking  you will get a link to google meet and you won’t have to install anything to use this service.

In our counseling sessions you will get personalized diet, supplement and hormonal support recommendations. We do not work with specific diet plans, but instead you will get help understanding the diet principles that are important for your healing .
